First off, from what I've been told it doesnt matter what kind of Camra you have, its the lenses, and from my understanding lenses don't have to be the same brand as the camra. ( The camra I have is a Pentax PZ-20 ).

Assuming you aren't using Digital, what kind of lenses and filters are you using for your shots? If you are using digital I assume you know your photography either way, so any suggested equipment I should use to get better quaility pics?
Also, how do I determine if I should use the flash or not?
