variations in western terrestrials...ID & opinions please..

wanted to know if these snakes are two variants of western terrestrials or is one something else...link is to belly and head shots of each in order, plus a comparison shot...appreciate any help...still learning all I can about garters so I need an experts (or not lol) opinion...appreciate any all views on these and peace, Chris
