Chinese Corn Snake (Elaphe rufodorsata) Garter?????

I think this snake has been reclassified from the Elaphe genus to something in the Garter genus…
I’m hoping someone here can guide me in the direction of purchasing a pair of these guys…
I’ve heard that W\C animals don’t fair well but at this point I’m almost willing to risk it.

Any help would be much appreciated. Byron.
