Does the mislabeling rule apply to only USPS delivered mail or to any package delivery? Do you know exactly where these rules are posted? Do they have labeling rules that apply to live plants? Any other rules?

If I ship an alarm clock do I need to label it: "Harmless clock, not a bomb".

:Well a 2nd visit. I m going to get a citation for not haveing a wildlife permit(do not know the amount) and for mislabeling a box . You get into usfws territory if you ship snakes across borders US , state etc...You get into more trouble for mislabeling a box it brought down a LOt of heat.

:Ill pay the fine I did the deed and got caught just a word of caution.

:The missouri officer gave me a warning and I filled out a form and got a wildlife breeders license.
