Some Pac Man Questions

I just have a couple pacman questions:
I have 2 pacman frogs in a 30 Gallon Breeder, that has a divider. My first question is what watt reptile bulbs to put in to my top light. It holds two of the long bulbs(24"). Please be specific if you can, such as name of bulbs what exact kind and even brand. Also i was wondering what the best substance to put at the bottom is...such as moss or what? Lastly i was wondering if i could see some of your guy's setups like pictures of your tank setups for your pacmans. Your whole tank and close ups.
