When I was a kid I had a small turtle and a toad in the same tank. For a couple days they seemed to get along OK I was thinking. Then one day the toad was dead laying on its back with a tiny "V" shaped bite out of its side.

:Can I put a leopard frog (thats what I think it is) with a red eared slider (tiny)?
