Frog ID needed close up pics inside

::Ok so I was walking in my back yard when I came across this little guy. He is about 1/2" or so (you can see blades of grass to get an idea) and I found him hopping in the grass. I live in New Orleans Louisiana and I have not seen this kind before. I am not sure if its a toad or a frog but I have not seen him be able to "stick" to glass or plastic. I also do not live by any wooded area or near ponds...just in a regular neighborhood with houses all over. I am planning on just letting him go tonight but I wanted to try to get an ID on him.
