I have had my pixie frog for 5 month now and I moved him in a 40 gallon from a 20 long. since then he stayes burrowed for weeks. Is this normal or should I move him back to his 20 long tank? He ate last when I put him in his water after maken sure he was alive and then he went under his substrate not to be seen again. Does this mean it is not humid enough, not warm enough? what?!?!?!

His set up is this
40 gallon tank
85-90 on the warm side during day and mid to high 70's at night.

I have put crickets in there before when he was burrowed thinking he would come up and eat after fealing the crickets move around. But the crickets remain in there and I have to take them back out.

I just want to know if this is normal behavior.

Thanks all
Aaron
