Sick Pacman :-( odd lump on tummy

One of my pacmans has a large white lump on his tummy. They were just resently moved accross states and he seems to have gotten sick in the process (total guess). The lump is on the underside righ between where his hip joint knee is on his stomach. It's almost the size of the entire middle to knee length too. Any clues at all would be helpfull cuz there's no vets here that will look at a toad. He stoped eating as well, and the underside of his legs looks a little red (not that I've seen his underside in over a year though)
