Question about Temp.

I know this has been mentioned bfore but I'll be darned if I can find the post.

What temp range should my Leo's have? I took out my heater yesterday because Freackles kept wedging itself behind it and I didn't want it to get burned or stuck.

Without the heater the day temp is around 77-80 (depending on how low I have the ac set) and around 68-70 at night. Is that ok or should I put the heater back in?
