Wild moss is a bad idea; i picked some up once out in the woods, just as an experiment on things to use in my terrariums, and there were loads of tiny bugs (woodlice?) in it. I would not want that in my tank! I would go with what Mark said about flat rocks near the land/water border. Moss of any kind tends to get rotten and moldy in any terrarium.
