I feed crix to my small ornate doing this: I place the frog into a 2-inch deep tupperware bowl, about 4 times as wide/long as the frog, inside his tank. Then I let him relax a bit, and drop a cricket right in front of him. as soon as it moves, he chomps it up, and i do this with several more crix, then he is all full up.
