Use bed a beast and/or moss for substrate.
A 50 wt "night bulb" is what I use.
Get the temp up to 80-85 during the day, and dont let it drop below 70 at night.
A heat pad is kind of bad because, in the tropics, they burrow into cool soil/mossy ground to escape from heat. So if you have a heat pad, #1 it wont get up to 80-85 like a real tropical region, and #2 it heats from the ground up...where will the frog escape if he gets too warm? will he fly away?
Crickets are good stable diet, occasional mealworms/kingworms, occasional goldfish, occasional mice.
