By the way, we put a couple feeder fish in there per suggestion of the place we had gotten them. The guy thought maybe Stretch would prefer those for a first meal. They are teenie tiny little feeders. I watched for a while last night and Stretch was watching the fish very closely and seemed to be showing an interest in them. I don't know if any were actually eaten yet because of the large river rock and all the places they can hide.

:Well my taddies are growing a lot faster than I had expected. Pepper, looks to be heading for land soon. Back legs are fully grown abd getting little bulges where the front legs will be. Stretch will have company soon!

:That will leave two taddies. Now here's a question. The one we call Tiny has grown quite a bit and the back legs are getting nice and long. But the one we named Freckles (was speckles but hubby likes Freckles better) still doesn't even have back legs yet. When we got them Freckles was just a little bigger than Tiny, but just doesn't look like it's growing at all. Could there be something wrong, or do you think Freckles is just a late bloomer?
