Giniveve had it right. Some amphibians will instinctivly wiggle their toes as a lure when they sense prey. Some snakes will wiggle the tips of their tails as a lure for lizards and a snapping turtle will wiggle a small, fleshy protrubance in it's mouth as a lure for fish. Wiggling a credit card will lure my wife to the car and when she wiggles the TV remote above the garbage can, I'm lured into doing chores.
