With my experience in leopard frogs, none of mine have ever hand-fed. they seem too skittish and fearful of my hand. but if you drop a few appropriately-sized crickets in, and then stay really still, the frog should go ravenously for them. leopard frogs are easy to feed, they have big appetites. I would wait on worms util they start getting a few crix into them; sometimes the worm will not move around, and the frog will "lose interest" because they only go after moving prey.
it's always a great feeling when newly-morphed frogs eat their first crickets. :)
