Sorry, But I've got some input.
Yes, earthworms are easy to feed, and a favourite of most firebellies,...but they aren't a good staple(Like I was told a few posts down, whats convenient isn't always the best). They are VERY high in fat. Crickets should be your staple. Earthworms are good treats, along with waxworms. The occasional guppy is ok.

For variety you can feed your toads, soft outdoor bodied bugs. Where no pesticides, and such are found.

PS: Mice should never be an option for feeding your frog(There's some exeptions). Though some may find it fun and amusing, its costly, and bad for your frogs. Especially if your talking about firebellied toads.
