yes, people do it to use them as feeders and for laboratory experiments and for high school and collge bio classes for dissection. But its not hard to do in the home. i had several generations of leopards even as a kid. They are always doing it and some times you get eggs and if you get rid of them quickly and move them to a seperate conatiner you can raise the tadpoles.
