What states do not allow the sale of tadpoles and frogs for bait? I'm in Tampa FL and one of the places near us sells tads for tackle. We almost took the first bullfrog there as a trade in until he said "Yeah we'll take it... Tackle is Tackle" Needless to say we just took it back to the place we got it where they only sell them as pets. (We had two bullfrog tads, one we bought the other was given to us. The one given to us went back to the pond it came from, the one that was bought went back to the shop)
