I guess it depends on what you are doing with the rock but you can buy I believe a 20lb bag of them from Home Depot. and as far as taking stuff from the creek- why ruin the habitat of the local animals? they have enough problems! I realize where they are taking these rocks is ruining some habitat somewhere but I don't want it to be in my backyard at least
