yea i love the start of spring; so many herps out there to observe. the millions of spring peepers around our house have started their nightly thing, and we also hear wood frogs' weird snoring sounds. the green frogs haven't been heard yet, but they should start soon, as the pond just thawed out this week. saw some leopard frogs last week at a park about 45 mins away; we have none on our land tho. i too like to keep bones and stuff, though i have no turtle shells; do have a huge cow skull with a bullet hole that we found last summer deep in the woods while woodfrog-watching, how it got there i do not know :)
