Fantasy Frog or White?

Was wondering which was easier to maintain... a White, or a Fantasy? Everything I've been reading varies from temps to diet. Right now it looks like Fantasy frogs are easier. But how much more of a hassle is a White? (also... wanted to put one of those0 waterfalls in the tank maybe). My options are open.

Right now I have a Red Eared Slider in an aquarium, so I can handle maintaining a habitat. Didn't want something I had to maintain for more than 5-10 min a day though (water changes no problem). Just wanted something I can sit next to my desk I can look over at every now and then while I work.
