im not as smart on this as most others here, but a few years ago i had a bullfrog or toad (i cant remember which) when they were tads. but i remember when they first got onto land. they front and hind legs were about fully developed and they start to take the shape of being a frog and not round like a tad. both fully transformed. then my stupid cat knock off the heavy glass i had on top of it some how and ate them.
