Identification please?

My husband brought this little one home today. One of his co workers gave it to him. They had gotten it with some feeder guppies for a reptile. Is it a bullfrog tad? It's about the same size as our leos but it doesnt have any legs started. The coloring is very much like the bullfrog tad that we had tradded in for leos a couple days ago.

As you can see, this guy doesn't seem to be quite right. The end of it's tail curves up and it's belly is kinda wrinkly not plump and smooth like the leos.

Any help would be great! I tried looking around on line but couldn't find a picture to match.
