What other animals are living in the tank? How large is it? Dwarf frogs prefer not to have to fight a strong current even when they are healthy. I would suggest that you cut down on the current. If the frog with the deformed arm is not having any trouble competing for food with the other animals in the tank, then he should be fine staying in the same tank.
