Superworms definatelly do not give enough protein to be the sole source of food. I would try pinks or roaches. I always had the best luck feeding my frilled roaches, plus they always where nice and fat. I would suggest looking at the non-climbers for several reasons. They are easy to keep, breed, and under the right conditions live and breed for 1-2 years. I found the hissers shells where to hard (plus they climb) and the lobster although they breed like crazy are very fast and climb. Anyways just some suggestions on what worked well for me.

:So I introduced my frillie to super worms and he absolutely loves them. Problem, he won't eat anything else now. Not even these big brown grasshoppers I find around here and he used to love them. Jumps right down off his tree for the worms though. So, what if he has a diet of just super worms? That gonna be ok?
