I've been using zoomed's ecoearth and it works very well when kept wet. For my frilleds, I keep it wet and pack it down. I feed my frilleds right on it and don't even worry about them eating too much of it since it's packed down pretty tight (like soil or wet peat moss). There are other similar products out there that come in bricks. Easy to clean too.
