Just got my frillies today... question...?

ok I GO THEM TODAY...

I sprayed the tank once already... and I have a lil dish with water in it... (I have a pump goin into the water dish... helps increase humidity...)

ok my questions:

do the frillies need a water dish?
If so... should I put another dish with water?? or will the Frillies drink from the water dish (even though its bubblin a lil from the pump)?
when should I introduce crickets??

thank you...
ps I recieved these beauties by mail... so I didnt want to introduce any crickets right away (I figure migh tbe to much stress) but they have been in their tank already fro about 9 hours...
