Just to clarify, do mean dealers or breeders or both? And for anything or just frilleds?
There are only a few frilly breeders, but a number of dealers...
and of course--it is off season for cb frilly babies bred in the US. KWE is great when he has stock (he is sold out right now) for a frilly breeder. No website yet.
