New Baby Frilleds :) and questions too

I just bought two new CB baby Frilled dragons. they are so cute. Right now they are in a 2' x 2' x 1' cage. I know this is small but it should work for now or until they get bigger. What type of heat lamp or other heat source should I use to warm the cage and for them to bask in, I live in in ORegon and the house I live in gets cold during the day and extremely cold at night during the winter. I need to get some substrate and am not sure on the best. Is calci sand good or should I get other? I have one thing for them to climb on but i will get others as well as a water dish. Any suggestions on care would be greatly appreaciated.
