I had my active uv heat bulb burn out on me after 5 months. I sent it in to be replaced and after 5 weeks e-mailed them (they are supposed to send a new one in two weeks). He told me that they were having problems wiht there shipping dept. and they would ship it out in a few days. He also gave me some calicum powder and a really cool european reptiles mag.
