wow, that is pretty early. i'd separate them now--that is breeding behavior. males can breed early, but you really dont want females too--it can cause very serious health issues--even egg binding (death).
you may want to consider if they are siblings as well.

:ask dana but sounds like they're trying to mate. they are too young though. i would seperate them.
