I want a frilled dragon but i need some info ...

First, will i be able to house an adult in a 5x2x2 enclosure? Second, are they handleable, and tolerable to handling?? Third, I have heard that they are entirely incectivorious, is that true??? Forth, What is a resonable price for a baby???? Thank you so much for any help.
