As some of you know I have two frilleds that are about 7 months old. The smaller one, I think a female, has lost one toe that I thought was due to bad shedd. And it happened again, only this time I used a pair of tweezers to get the skin out of the problem area. It seemed to be healing, but it is looking bad again. And another toe has got this problem. I have switched to a bark bedding, and mist the cage two times per day as well as soaking them every other day. Could this be a type of bacteria? What can I do? Does it need a vet visit? Also, every time I want to take one of my lizards to my vet he says it is best to just leave them at home and not bring them because of the stress issue, what do you guys think? Thanks, Jacob.
