Try putting in some crickets, they might like a little different food choice. Also, if it is a big cage put another heat lamp on the cool side, I have a cermic heat emitter on the right side and a u.v. heat bulb on the other of my 75 gal. I have two babies, and even with a foot of snow right out there window I have had no problems with eating. Heres another guess, maybe you should seperate them. They could just be stressing each other out. Other than that, I don't know. Tried to help, Jacob.
