How old is it? Babies seem to need a little bit more care than older ones. For babies you need to mist them 2-3 times a day and soak them once per day. For adults I would mist once or twice a day and soak them every couple of days. Also, make sure it is a healty captive breed one. You can have a lot of problems with imports so I am told. Also, heat is a must. Frilleds like it hot! I have basking spots in my cage up to about 130, but they really do not need any thing over 110. Make sure they have plennty of areas to cool off. The 130 spot is just 8 inchs of one branch, so not a whole lot is that hot.
