my frillies acting funny

Can someone help me.. Is it like mating season for the frilleds right now.. As everyone know I have the adult and the juvie in my room.. Every morning the adult wakes up and does his little head bobbing and arm rasing dance like crazy..and stares at the other.. The juvie seems to have been acting a little funny. It simply puts its arm out and kinda rotates it in a circular motion. What does that mean.. And the daylight bulb blew out on teh lamp.. So I have been keeping the ceramic heat emitter for the heat. And the regular reptisun long bulb for the vita light? Temp is about a 103 in the hot.. Should I have something better for the lighting. Or is the heat what really matters. Thanks Steve
