When I got my babies from James there were no holes in the box, but I do not think he used a heat pack. They do use oxygen to work, so that may be part of your problem. Also, mine were not active at all when I first got them. I soaked them, but did not offer food. Then the next day they looked a lot better and were running around like they should. I feed them that night and misted them and they did fine. Did you just get them today? Send me a pic of the baby. Also, frilleds tend to be a lot skinner than other lizards. I recently thought mine looked a little skinny and the kind people of this forum reassured me. You can see my babies in my post below. Thanks, Jacob.
