just let your frilled soak in some warm water for a few minutes and then you should be able to just rub the shed off wuth your fingers. Humidity its better to just mist a couple times a day but a heavy misting at least once a day. hope this helps some

:Should I use a q-tip diped in rubbing alchol like I would for leopard geckos? Also, how do I increase the humidty I have a fairly large water dish with an air stone in it. Am thinking about doing a water fall still, any Ideas?
