does this setup seem ok??

I have a pair of frilled dragons in a 4ft sq custom box. I have a zoomed 150 basking light on one side (about 1 1/2 ft from floor) and a zoomed 24in. 5.0 spectrum light at the top also 1 1/2 ft from the ground. They have there cage furnature that they can get closer to the lamps or whatever they want. I am feeding them 1/2in crics, mealworms, waxworms. Have water in there at all times. I purchased them at the NRBC in Daytona, FL this past year. Are they suppose to be real active? And does the setup seem ok.
