Still too young for a water fall? more...

I was waninting to put a repti rapids water fall in with my frilleds that were born on May 20th. That makes them about 4 months, do you think that this is still too young for a water fall? Also, are they too young to be moved in to an adult cage? Also, for tonyscarboni,I purchased mine from James at a month old and they are doing great, and the price has dropped a bunch too!
