New Frillie, and a few questions...

Just got a new Frillie (maybe a month old), and this little guy is extremely mellow. Not a single display yet, and he's great with coming out and just taking a look around. I've got his hotspot around 90 or so, give or take with the room temps. My questions are mostly about feeding. I was told that crickets and romaine lettuce are pretty good staples. I use reptocal every day to every other day. One thing I was wondering about was his hunting style....eats like a horse, but he won't pursue any of the crickets. He waits for them to come to him, then snags em. Are frillies usually this complacent with their hunting? I would like to think nothing is wrong with him, because he's plenty active enough in all other endeavors. Lastly, what is the "ideal" diet for the the little guy? Is the romaine and crickt diet correct, or do I need soem tweaking? Any and all help is much appreciated.
