Caging advice for purchase next month

I am going to purchase my wife a pair of frilleds soon. But as always I would like to have everything as far as enclosure ready and functional as soon as I get them. I would say I am going to purchase a sub adult to adult pair of N.G wc's. Please include any info as far as overall size of enclosure lighting substrate etc....
