It can be healed. They will splint, and set the bone(s) if required. If it doesnt heal exactly right, the lizard will most likely adapt over time.
Get it to the vet as you mentioned you are doing, and figure out how it happened, and evaluate calcium intake.

: hey guys .. listen i just took my frilled out this morning and he is draging his left leg around ... im trying to find the nearest vet that helps reptiles.. it really looks broken from what i see .. and if i touch there even slightly he will frill up .. so he is obviously in pain .. guys if a reptile breaks his leg .. please tell me that it will not be broken for good and that he will be able to run around like he use to ?! .. and not like a horse where if it was broken they would be useless.. ?!
