The one I got from UV Heat worked in a normal fixture, but when I looked at Home Depot the package said they needed a special fixture. Also, the lowest wattage bulb they had was 175W. It already 100F in California and that is way to hot of a bulb. It looks like I will still be paying $50 for something that nobody really knows how well they work. As far as the natural sunlight I'm not sure the UV rays can pass through your window and the glass cage? Anyone have anymore suggestions.

: Okay, I just got a BEAUTIFUL baby NG (Thanks James!!) and I have him where he gets natural sunlight in the mornings for a few hours, byt I want to go get him an uv bulb and was wondering what is up with the merc. vapor bulbs? I've heard talk going both ways... Thanks!
