Had a question about misting my babies

I just got two frilleds on Tuesday. They seem to be doing fine. my question is, can I take them out of their cage and mist them in a bucket? Every time I mist them there is a huge puddle of water at the bottom of the cage, and it does not dry up bettween waterings. Would this stress the little guys out too much by doing this three times a day. By the way, they are only about 5-6 weeks old. Thanks for your help, Jacob.
