i am interested in looking for snakes here in socal. i don't want to collect(the wife says "NO SNAKES!!!") just go look for and hopefully see something. can you look for snakes during the morning hours or would i be waasteing me time. also can i use a spotlight when i am driving and looking at night or is this illegal?
