Buy it and read it... then read it again and again, and you'll surely have years worth of experience under your belt, regardless of where you live.

Also, in an almost laughing way, may I repectfully suggest a little brushing up on you writing skills (particularly your usage of puctuation marks). It will make your posts easier to read and people will take them more seriously. They needen't be perfect, but your post was a little tricky to decipher... lol.
