I would also recommend the Blackwater River State Forest, along w/ Coldwater River in Santa Rosa County. Also, it depends on what you are looking for. Let me know how things turn out.

:I'm going with some friends next month, but were having a hard time finding canoe liveries. Also looking for good places to camp and herp. Any info would be much appreciated. -Damien
