The question is… has anyone ever killed a herp accidentally in an ice chest?
When cold, they often appear as dead as Michelle Jackson’s nose, but they always common back alive. I have had heat depend Desert Iguanas revive. If answer yes, how long after taking the herp from the cold ice chest did you wait before determining that it is actually dead, and not just cold. For this question, a dead animal is NOT considered dead unless it was watched for at least 20 min. after being taken from the ice chest. Additionally, one that may have suffocated or drowned in melted ice water does not count.
